What Should Not Be Done At All

Are you focused in the right place?

"Be More Productive"

This is something we hear over and over again.

We know that we need to find ways to save time in our business so we buy expensive software to help us.

We spend countless hours learning how to use it and setting it up, but are we wasting time and money doing this?

If you ask me, the answer is yes and no…clear as mud, right? 😜

Let me explain.

There’s a quote I read recently from Peter Drucker that I think hits us where it hurts sometimes.

He said, ” Nothing is less productive than to make more efficient what should not be done at all.”

I think we often forget that the first step to saving time and creating greater productivity is to look at what we can stop doing altogether.

Why spend effort making something quicker if we should take it off the list entirely?

How often do you stop and look at where you spend your time in your business to see if you are wasting time?

Maybe the best use of your time today is to do just that.
